What is RemoteBackend? +
RemoteBackend is a platform for backend developers looking for remote jobs at international companies. We provide access to job listings, educational lessons, career mentoring, and tools for building your CV and profile.
How do I contact support? +
You can contact us via the contact form on the website, by email, or through Telegram. We respond within 24 hours.
Subscription
What is the Free plan and what does it include? +
The Free plan is completely free of charge. It includes access to free lessons, the job catalog, creating a candidate profile, email support, and job notifications. No card required.
What does Premium subscription give? +
Premium ($29/mo) — full access to all lessons including premium content, priority jobs, live webinars, course certificates, CV review, interview preparation, CV builder, cover letter template, and mentor chat.
What is included in the Pro plan? +
Pro ($79/mo) — the maximum package. On top of Premium: personal mentor, 4 mentoring sessions per month, mock interviews, salary negotiation coaching, LinkedIn & GitHub portfolio review, personal manager, legal advice, and priority 24/7 support.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
Lessons & Remote Jobs
What languages is the platform available in? +
The platform is available in 3 languages: English, Russian, and Azerbaijani. You can switch the language using the selector in the top navigation.
How do I apply for a job? +
Open the job page and click the "Apply" button. You need to be registered. Your profile with GitHub, LinkedIn, and CV will be sent to the employer.
How do lessons work? +
Free lessons are available to all registered users. Premium lessons require an active Premium or Pro subscription. After completing a lesson, you can mark it as completed and track your progress.
Mentoring
How does mentoring work? +
When you subscribe to Pro, you get access to a personal mentor and 4 sessions per month via video call or chat. The mentor helps with career development, code review, and interview preparation.
