• Usage data: courses watched, tasks submitted, progress metrics.
• Payment data: billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).
• Communication data: messages sent via contact form or live chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the Platform services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets).
• Send the newsletter if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Analyse usage to improve content and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases: contract performance (to deliver the service you subscribed to), legitimate interest (platform analytics and security), consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for 2 years after deletion for legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for 13 months. You may request deletion at any time.
