RemoteBackend uses artificial-intelligence systems in several places on the Platform:
Depending on configuration, we may send prompts and minimal context to the following providers: OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), Google (Gemini models). Each provider has its own data-processing terms; we use providers that contractually commit not to train their models on customer data.
We send only what is required for the request: your message, the lesson or task content, and limited platform context (FAQ entries, plans, services). We do not transmit your password, payment details or unrelated personal data.
AI responses are statistical and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. The Platform's official documentation and human support always take precedence over AI answers.
Submissions to the practical-tasks module are automatically scored by AI and the submission status is advanced (e.g. in_review → approved). This is not a fully automated decision with legal effect — you may always request human review by replying to the review or contacting support.
You can avoid sending data to AI providers by simply not using AI features. Disabling the chat assistant or skipping AI-reviewed task submissions is at your discretion.
You may not use the AI features to: generate malicious code, attempt to extract other users' private data, bypass Platform security, or generate content that violates the Terms & Conditions.
AI prompts and responses may be logged for up to 30 days for debugging, abuse prevention and quality improvement. Logs are then deleted or anonymised.
We may add or change AI providers and features. Material changes will be reflected in this Policy.
