This document is a public offer (the "Offer") of RemoteBackend (the "Provider") to any individual (the "User") wishing to access paid services of the Platform. Acceptance of this Offer (placing an order and paying for a subscription) constitutes a binding agreement between the User and the Provider.
The Provider grants the User access to digital services of the Platform — video courses, practical coding tasks, AI-assisted code review, mentoring sessions and access to the curated remote-job board — in accordance with the Plan selected by the User.
The Offer is deemed accepted at the moment payment is successfully completed. From that moment a service agreement is concluded between the parties on the terms set out in this Offer, the Terms & Conditions, the Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.
Service fees are published on the Platform and are payable in EUR (or another currency displayed at checkout) via the supported payment providers. The price in effect at the time of payment applies. The Provider may change prices for new billing cycles with 30 days' notice.
Access to the paid features is provisioned automatically immediately after payment is confirmed. The User acknowledges that digital content begins to be delivered upon acceptance of this Offer.
The User undertakes to use the services only in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, not to share account credentials and not to reproduce or redistribute the content. The Provider undertakes to maintain the Platform and provide reasonable support.
The agreement is concluded for the duration of the chosen billing period and is automatically renewed in accordance with the Subscription Terms unless cancelled by the User. Either party may terminate the agreement in cases provided by law or this Offer.
The Provider is not liable for User's career outcomes, third-party services (payment providers, hosting, AI vendors) or temporary unavailability of the Platform caused by force majeure.
The current version of the Offer is always available on the Platform. The Provider may amend the Offer; amendments enter into force upon publication and apply to subsequent billing cycles.
