The Platform offers several Plans with different feature sets. The list of features and limits for each Plan is published on the pricing page. Plan benefits and limits may be updated for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice.

A subscription is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. The activation moment determines the start of the billing period.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. The User is charged at the price published at the time of renewal. We will send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before a yearly renewal.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
You may upgrade your Plan at any time; the difference in price is calculated on a pro-rata basis and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry several times within 7 days. If all attempts fail, the subscription is suspended and access to paid features is revoked until payment is restored.
Where a free trial is offered, the trial converts into a paid subscription automatically at its end unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Prices may be exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes; the final amount is shown at checkout based on your country of residence.
